Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; you will receive a notification and your refund once our atelier inspects the returned pieces.
